Responsibilities

  • Familiarize with subcontractors and owners for each project.
  • Process Subcontractor Agreements and Owner/Architect contracts using AIA templates.
  • Provide accurate, thorough, and neat paperwork.
  • Update database records for subcontractors.
  • Operate office equipment effectively.
  • Process change orders and work orders.
  • Order lunches and food for meetings and trainings.
  • Assist with company functions.
  • Greet visitors and answer phone calls.
  • Maintain a current job list.
  • Stay updated on the latest technology and usage.
  • Assist the accounting department with invoices, filing, and annual projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Entry-level experience in administrative roles.
