We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team at Supreme Trucking Inc. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Utilize Google Suite to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
  • Provide administrative support including proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity.
  • Handle customer service inquiries with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
  • Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations and assist with special projects as required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications is essential for daily tasks.
  • Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele.
  • Experience as a personal assistant or in customer support roles is a plus.
