About the position

ClienTax Inc, a fast-growing tax and accounting firm in Northern Virginia, is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. This role involves various administrative tasks to support the firm's operations and client interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls
  • Receive and direct visitors
  • Collect, copy, organize, scan and process documents
  • Maintain meeting calendars and schedule meetings
  • Develop & Maintain Filing System
  • Prepare engagement letters and send documents to clients via DocuSign for electronic signatures
  • Create & send invoices, Collect and process client payments
  • Other Administrative Tasks on an as needed basis

Requirements

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (MS Word, Excel, Internet Explorer)
  • Experience with Tax Dome (CRM System)
  • Experience with Adobe tools helpful
