About the position

Launch Psychological Associates is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to support our psychotherapy practice. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including managing communications, scheduling, and maintaining office operations, while also contributing to marketing efforts. The position offers a flexible hybrid work schedule, requiring at least one day per week in the office.

Responsibilities

  • Answering and returning phone calls
  • Responding to email requests
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Data entry
  • Word processing
  • Printing letters
  • Faxing
  • Filing
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Maintaining the Wakefield office
  • Providing marketing support and social media outreach

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Health care experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with medical records software is a plus
  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information (HIPAA)
  • Ability to check emails and phone messages daily, Monday through Friday
