About the position

The Office Assistant/Receptionist at Clearwater corporate office plays a crucial role in supporting the Corporate Staff by managing day-to-day administrative functions. This position serves as the first point of contact for calls and visitors, ensuring smooth operations within the office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and reroute calls as the first line of defense.
  • Handle company voicemails and manage corporate calendars.
  • Vetting emails and running daily errands including mail, shipments, and lunch.
  • Perform filing and organize data entry and administrative work such as completing vendor applications.
  • Welcome customers and vendors at the front door and prepare for meetings.
  • Order office supplies and maintain tidy office spaces.
  • Assist other departments as needed.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize projects.
  • Reliable transportation for running errands.
