About the position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for team members.
  • Provide exceptional customer support by answering inquiries and addressing concerns in a professional manner.
  • Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office for document creation, data entry, and collaboration with team members.
  • Assist with clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
  • Handle phone calls with proper etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Proactively perform web research.
  • Communicate effectively with clients or colleagues to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
  • Strong skills in calendar management and office organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Docs, Excel, Word, Calendar).
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in customer support or service-oriented roles is advantageous.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse clientele.
  • Familiarity with clerical duties such as data entry and record keeping.
  • Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships within the team and with clients.
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team environment.
