About the position

The Administrative Assistant will support the sales team by managing customer orders and inquiries, ensuring smooth communication between sales representatives and clients. This role is essential for maintaining order logistics and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales reps to process customer orders from start to finish
  • Manage order logistics between the sales team and customers
  • Handle all inbound customer inquiries and effectively assist their needs
  • Handle all inbound and outbound communication with the internal sales team and external clients and customers

Requirements

  • 1+ years of corporate experience
  • Proficient with general office technology such as Microsoft Office
  • Organized with a strong ability to multitask
  • Strong customer service skills and proper phone etiquette
  • Team player but can also work autonomously
