Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and answer phones in a pleasant and professional manner.
  • Direct calls appropriately and provide general hospitality services.
  • Maintain a client-ready reception area, conference rooms, and other common areas.
  • Assist with client meetings as an extra set of hands.
  • Manage catering and deliveries for the office.
  • Handle ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Prior administrative experience is required.
  • High attention to detail is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Must be a team player and willing to assist where needed.
  • Very strong organizational and administrative skills in a fast-paced environment are required.
