About the position

The Administrative Assistant position involves providing high-level executive support to four Managing Directors in a fast-paced Manhattan office. The role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills to manage calendars, travel arrangements, and various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations for C-level executives.

Responsibilities

  • Support four Managing Directors with administrative tasks.
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
  • Make travel arrangements for executives.
  • Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations for training.
  • Keep weekly schedules and agendas organized.
  • Manage vendor invoices and correspondence.
  • Answer phones and handle general inquiries.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience supporting C Level Executives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but an Associate's degree is acceptable.
