About the position

The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in providing administrative support across various departments within the organization. This position serves as the primary receptionist and building contact, ensuring smooth operations by managing office supplies and maintaining a professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative duties including copying, scanning, and filing in support of various departments.
  • Serve as the primary receptionist during the day.
  • Act as the main contact for all building services needs.
  • Maintain all conference rooms and break rooms in an orderly fashion.
  • Restock office and breakroom supplies as needed.
  • Coordinate food orders when requested, including setup and cleanup.
  • Screen visitors and contractors, ensuring proper access badges are assigned.
  • Accept and distribute all mail and delivered packages.
  • Participate in special projects requiring assistance as assigned.
  • Present a positive and professional image for the organization.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of Clerical and Receptionist experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Highly proficient in operating common office equipment such as multi-line phones, copiers, and scanners.
  • Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation.
