About the position

Trinity Cleaning and Restoration is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Northport, AL. The role involves performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functioning and effective communication within the team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and organized, contributing to a professional and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general office duties, including answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist with accounts payable, receivable, and other financial tasks using QuickBooks (preferred but not required).
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems, both digital and physical.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting with client inquiries and coordinating services.
  • Support office staff and management with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience with QuickBooks and general computer applications is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus.
