About the position

The Administrative Assistant position at Adecco involves providing office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, while also monitoring various administrative projects. This role is temporary but has the potential to evolve into a long-term opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; and developing reporting procedures.
  • Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes.
  • Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
  • Manages the company's lobby area, greeting and directing all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates, and customers.
  • Handles special administrative projects, as well as overflow work from the department and executive assistants.

Requirements

  • A minimum of two years experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to type a minimum of 45 wpm
  • Self-starter, organized, and dedicated
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
