About the position

The Administrative Assistant position is an executive support role focused on business operations and management. The primary purpose of this role is to assist the Program Manager with daily tasks, manage customer communications, and facilitate operational meetings. This position requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to handle various administrative duties effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls as they relate to our business.
  • Pull together daily reports and submit them to various organizations.
  • Be the chairperson on weekly meetings to discuss operational objectives.
  • Assist the Program Manager in daily tasks and fill in if needed.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint (very good Excel skills).
  • Experience in handling customer calls.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
