About the position

The Administrative Assistant will support the Program Manager by organizing meetings, managing calendars, and conducting program reviews. This role involves various administrative tasks, including creating PowerPoint presentations, making office purchases, and maintaining a clean office environment. The position requires a proactive individual who can assist with multiple tasks across different sites as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Program Manager
  • Organize and host meetings at the office
  • Call and reserve conference rooms for internal and external events
  • Manage the calendar occasionally
  • Conduct monthly reviews and report status on programs
  • Set up PowerPoints and create them as needed
  • Make purchases for the office and departments
  • Place orders for parts
  • Support the front desk receptionist when needed
  • Support other managers at different sites with various tasks if needed
  • Maintain a clean office environment

Requirements

  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Computer proficiency (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
