Responsibilities

  • Administrative duties for individuals and managers.
  • Answer heavy phones and route phone calls to appropriate individuals.
  • Create, maintain, and enter information into the database.
  • Prepare monthly reports.
  • Handle email correspondence for managers.
  • Manage filing system, personnel information, update paperwork, and maintain documents.
  • Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, and supervisors.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2 or more years of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
