About the position

The Administrative Assistant position involves providing essential support to Territory Sales Leaders within a large organization. The role focuses on administrative tasks, including account maintenance, clerical activities, and communication management, ensuring efficient operations within the sales department.

Responsibilities

  • Support Territory Sales Leaders by assisting with account support and maintenance.
  • Complete general clerical activities such as processing customer requests and correspondence.
  • Manage files and perform general filing tasks.
  • Type memos and confirm completion of tasks as appropriate.
  • Prepare and submit reports and document sales information.
  • Assist with answering and returning phone calls and emails to field locations as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience providing administrative support.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous work experience in a Sales Department is strongly preferred.
  • PC literacy skills in a Windows environment with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Complete pre-employment background check.
