About the position

The Administrative Assistant/Executive Assistant role at Adecco US, Inc. involves providing high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. The position requires a detail-oriented individual capable of managing multiple tasks, maintaining confidentiality, and effectively communicating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies, maintaining records, and handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Prepare various documents such as invoices, reports, memos, and financial statements.
  • Organize and file corporate records, reports, and other important documents.
  • Review and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports, determining priority and managing distribution.
  • Coordinate and prepare agendas for meetings, including board and committee sessions.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of administrative experience, preferably supporting executives.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic mentoring skills to support and provide feedback to team members.
