About the position

This remote position focuses on advanced data analysis to enhance business profitability, growth, and efficiency. The role involves assessing current practices, collecting industry trends, and creating specifications to support business operations. The analyst will identify improvements or solutions to address issues and prepare technical reports summarizing data findings. Additionally, the position may involve guiding less experienced analysts and assisting in process enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Sources, compiles, and interprets data for analysis.
  • Analyzes data for accuracy and efficiencies, effectively communicating analysis output.
  • Provides daily support for business operations by responding to inquiries and identifying issues.
  • Assists in implementing recommended modifications and enhancements to standard practices.
  • Determines overall business needs through analysis and reporting, suggesting strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Produces reports based on data analysis, industry trends, and process capabilities, conveying patterns and areas of improvement.
  • Creates agendas, tracks action items, and facilitates meetings related to Vendor bi-weekly meetings.
  • Owns all Vendor communications and handles contract and cost tracking.
  • Performs monthly operations reviews and vendor scorecards.
  • Manages day-to-day administration of Jira tickets within the Digital Channel Operations teams.
  • Conducts Digital Channel Operations monthly reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in System Support or Analytics OR High School Diploma or GED and 7 years of experience in System Support or Analytics.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lead meetings and manage multiple projects across teams.
  • Ability to report across several lines of business and technology.
  • Experience in vendor management and contract/cost reporting.
  • Background in financial services.
