We are looking for a seasoned, detail-obsessed, and proactive Administrative Business Partner (ABP) to support our newly appointed Chief Legal Officer (CLO) and join the Legal leadership team. Responsibilities

  • Oversee a wide range of administrative responsibilities, including complex calendar management and prioritization of the CLO's time.
  • Organize and prepare materials for high-level meetings involving the CLO, executive leadership, board members, legal partners, regulators, and external counsel.
  • Plan and manage all travel logistics-domestic and international-for the CLO.
  • Manage expenses with precision, ensuring timely submission and adherence to budgetary and compliance guidelines.
  • Streamline workflows and coordinate team-wide initiatives such as legal all-hands, leadership offsites, trainings, and policy rollouts.
  • Be a trusted resource and connector for internal teams navigating legal processes, compliance, and policy matters.
  • Facilitate high-touch communication and logistics with board members, regulatory bodies, external counsel, and senior executives.
  • Be a core member of the Legal leadership team, bringing insight, foresight, and organizational clarity.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced legal and executive setting.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and always thinking one step ahead of the CLO.
  • Skilled at identifying inefficiencies and building scalable administrative solutions within a legal team structure.
  • Extreme attention to detail with a zero-tolerance policy for errors in legal and executive contexts.
  • Able to build trust-based relationships with internal executives, external counsel, board members, and legal stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, especially in high-stakes, highly confidential scenarios.
  • Comfortable navigating administrative and legal tools (e.g., G Suite, Slack, DocuSign, Navan).
  • Works independently, embraces ambiguity, and solves problems before they escalate.
  • Demonstrates sound judgment, especially when managing privileged or sensitive information.
  • Brings a service-first mindset, contributing as a reliable and valued member of the Legal leadership team.

Nice-to-haves

  • 8+ years of administrative experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Experience engaging with board members and investors, handling high-stakes interactions with professionalism and discretion.
