The Administrative Center Aide plays a crucial role in supporting the center directors and teaching staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our centers while also contributing to the educational environment as a teacher aide. In this role, the Administrative Center Aide will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that are essential for the daily functioning of the center. This includes maintaining and updating important records such as enrollment, attendance, and meal counts, as well as assisting in the planning and preparation of the learning environment. The aide will also manage calendars, schedule meetings, and facilitate communication between families and staff through newsletters and other announcements. Additionally, the aide will support classroom activities, particularly during staff breaks and emergencies, ensuring that the needs of the children are met at all times. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a passion for working with young children. They will be expected to maintain confidentiality and uphold the health and safety standards of the center.
