About the position

Pooch Pals Foundation is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator / Administrative Clerk to support its mission of enhancing the lives of dogs in need. This remote position involves managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and improving operational efficiency within the organization. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a passion for animal welfare, contributing to a supportive and flexible work culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize schedules for team meetings and appointments.
  • Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of donations, correspondence, and other administrative documents.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for board meetings and fundraising initiatives.
  • Coordinate with volunteers and partners, facilitating smooth operations.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks and project coordination.
  • Implement and improve administrative processes to enhance productivity.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with cloud-based collaboration tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
