About the position

The Administrative Coordinator (AC) for Caregiver Health Services (CHS) at Providence Saint Joseph Health is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the CHS team. This role involves scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining employee health records while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. The AC will also assist in the development and promotion of wellness and injury prevention initiatives within the clinic.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing administrative support for Caregiver Health Services.
  • Schedule appointments and prepare reports for the CHS team.
  • Maintain complete and accurate employee health records.
  • Assist with logistical matters related to meetings and clinic operations.
  • Order supplies and input data as needed for the clinic.
  • Coordinate and assist with wellness and injury prevention initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience as a Clerical/Receptionist in a healthcare setting.
  • 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

Nice-to-haves

  • Associate's Degree.
