About the position

The Administrative Coordinator/Data Entry Clerk at Barinco International Corp plays a crucial role in supporting the growth of the business by providing excellent customer service and assisting in the organization of shipments. This position requires a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual who can thrive in a small office environment, working closely with other employees to ensure compliance and regulatory needs are met for clients involved in import and export processes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the conduit to a fast-moving industry, helping clients navigate their shipments through the US Customs clearance process
  • Set-up files, process documents, and update clients on the status of their import/export
  • Input data into the Editrade Application and review documents for accuracy
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fast typing skills and tech-literacy
  • Good command of the English language, both oral and written
  • Customer service skills
  • Proven experience with Logistics applications, CRMs, or ERPs is a plus
