  • Prepare reports summarizing project status and lessons learned.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify project needs and risks.
  • Adapt to changes in priorities and deadlines, demonstrating resourcefulness in problem-solving.
  • Find ways to improve project coordination efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities, including meeting notes and plans.
  • Stay informed about contract requirements and ensure alignment with company policies.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors and assist various project stakeholders.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED with 4+ years of experience, or Associate's degree with 2+ years of experience.
  • 1 year of experience with Microsoft Project is required.
  • Ability to work on moderately difficult assignments requiring judgment in resolving issues.
  • Strong communication skills for complex or sensitive issues.
