About the position

Xpert Consultants, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the CEO and HR Director in various administrative tasks related to government contracting and property management. This role involves scheduling, correspondence, and coordination of daily office operations, ensuring efficient handling of visitors and travel arrangements.

Responsibilities

  • Assist CEO and HR Director with general HR administrative duties including background checks and verifying licenses and credentials.
  • Review, research RFPs, RFI, and government bids.
  • Pull permits and complete certification packets.
  • Type correspondence and edit emails.
  • Schedule meetings and events.
  • Coordinate daily operations of the office.
  • Assist with security and visit coordination.
  • Greet and direct visitors courteously, ensuring they are handled efficiently and offered refreshments.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and maintain the corporate calendar.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Good Typing and Editing skills
  • Good Admin skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Customer service oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bi-Lingual (Spanish and English a big plus)
  • Prior experience working in government contracting or property management firm desirable.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with MS Office (1 year preferred)
  • 3 years of Administrative/Executive Support experience preferred.
