About the position

The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the SVP of Global Product Solutions at PayPal. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage complex calendars, and a proactive approach to anticipating the needs of the executive. The position is set in a fast-paced environment, demanding strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide complex calendar management using Outlook for the SVP.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with a strategic approach, considering time zone sensitivities.
  • React with urgency to requests that require quick turnaround and take effective action.
  • Align with the SVP on weekly priorities and assist in executing business processes.
  • Organize and manage events, team off-sites, and team-building activities.
  • Manage expenses and travel arrangements, both domestic and international.
  • Process system approvals in a timely manner.
  • Foster strong relationships with Executive Assistants and key business partners.

Requirements

  • 8+ years' experience supporting executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and prioritize calendar management.
  • Strong calendar management skills, including coordination of complex meetings across time zones.
  • Ability to take initiative and ownership over ambiguous tasks with little oversight.
  • Execute tasks with confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
