About the position

The Administrative Manager for KS Foster Care Case Management at Cornerstones of Care is responsible for overseeing the administrative and business activities of the Kansas Foster Care department. This role includes managing the Data Integrity Specialist Team, ensuring the maintenance of case file documents, and coordinating programming activities. The position requires strong organizational and supervisory skills, as well as experience in administrative roles, particularly in a social work or human services context.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate programming administrative/business activities.
  • Oversee the functioning of the Cornerstones of Care Data Integrity Specialist Team.
  • Maintain all case file documents and requests.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Two years of administrative, clerical, or quality assurance experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree in social work or other human services field preferred.
  • Experience working with children and families preferred.
  • Proven customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
