The Administrative/Marketing Assistant at Rosewood on the Sound Assisted Living Facility is a full-time role focused on community outreach and administrative support within the assisted living sector. Responsibilities

  • Assist with community outreach and marketing efforts for the assisted living facility.
  • Work directly with the operator and executive director to promote the facility.
  • Utilize a personal vehicle for outside marketing activities.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with residents, guests, and staff.
  • Communicate effectively both in person and over the phone.

Requirements

  • Must have a car for outside marketing activities.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Clear speaking voice and attentive to details.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in assisted living or healthcare environments.
  • Customer service experience of at least 1 year.
