About the position

The Administrative and Marketing Assistant will provide essential support to the Senior Sales Team at Abraco Group, a rapidly growing company known for its market-leading bakery crispbreads and snacks. This temporary position has the potential for permanent placement and involves a variety of administrative and marketing tasks to enhance the efficiency of the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the Senior Sales team
  • Preparing sales team meeting presentations
  • Assisting with packaging design and brand promotional material
  • Entering new product information and promotions into Customer Portals
  • Generating and reviewing sales reports
  • Maintaining marketing and promotional calendar
  • Contacting customers via telephone, mail, and e-mail
  • Coordinating and preparing sample shipments to customers
  • Ensuring the timely updating and maintenance of supplier document records, company permits, insurances, and certifications
  • Receiving and processing customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Administrative Support
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills
  • Detailed knowledge and experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to collaborate with sales team, operations, and logistics team
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
