About the position

Monster Tree Service of Rochester is seeking a dedicated Administrative/Office Assistant to support the Owner and enhance customer service operations. This role is integral to the team, providing business assistance and ensuring effective communication with customers and employees. Responsibilities

  • Assist the Owner with daily tasks such as scheduling and customer service.
  • Represent the Monster Tree Service brand by providing outstanding customer support, answering calls and scheduling estimates or service appointments.
  • Manage Arborist's calendar.
  • Filing and maintenance of critical Customer information on estimates, invoices and receipts.
  • Maintain on-going phone and email communication with current and prospective customers.

Requirements

  • Office experience in an administrative or customer service capacity helpful but will train the right person.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experienced in QuickBooks.
  • Familiarity with the local area.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills are essential.
  • A problem solver with a keen eye for detail.
  • Highly reliable and organized.
