About the position

The Administrative Office Assistant will support the Marketing Director and perform various clerical and administrative functions to enhance the efficiency and success of the company. This role requires reliability and a commitment to daily attendance, as it is not a remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Marketing Director
  • Preparation of invoices
  • Processing of payments
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Data entry
  • Preparation of shipments
  • Arrangement and photography of samples
  • Coordinating with the warehouse for the release of inventory

Requirements

  • Basic computer knowledge and some experience with invoicing software like QuickBooks
  • Previous experience in office administration or related fields
  • Fluency in English
  • Comfortable using Google applications
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
