About the position

The Administrative Office Clerk at Thompson Safety, LLC provides essential administrative support services across various business areas. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient operations and ensuring effective communication within the company and with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Data entry.
  • Responds to general inquiries from management, employees, clients inside and outside of the company.
  • Interface with vendors and various internal departments.
  • Assist with special projects and research as needed.
  • Assist with managing PO's, tracking orders, receiving and billing/invoices order as required.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2 years previous experience providing administrative support.
  • Skills in using MS Office.
  • Dependability and ability to follow instructions.
  • Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, planning and organizational skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of standard administrative practices, software applications and satisfaction.

Benefits

  • Base pay range of $34K - $46K per year.
