About the position

The Administrative + Personal Assistant will support the owner of a private event DJ company by managing administrative tasks and providing personal assistance. This versatile role requires a proactive individual who can adapt to the diverse needs of both the business and the owner's personal life, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Manage communications including the main email inbox, business phone, and owner's calendar.
  • Learn and manage client CRM (Go HighLevel) including workflow automation and lead touch points.
  • Handle social media management by creating, scheduling, posting, and engaging with content.
  • Make travel arrangements and assist with business needs as requested.
  • Prepare meals and manage grocery shopping.
  • Occasionally transport the owner's 14-year-old son to school and basketball.
  • Coordinate household needs and oversee weekly home cleaning.
  • Manage laundry and run errands as needed.
  • Proactively identify tasks to take off the owner's plate, both personal and business-related.

Requirements

  • Proficient in computer technology, particularly Apple products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to lift 30+ pounds, such as loading groceries.
  • Experience with Go HighLevel or similar CRM is preferred but not required.
  • Must be committed, flexible, and reliable.
  • Warm, inviting, kind, hard-working, and dedicated personality.
  • Must take initiative and possess a strong work ethic.
  • Nutrition knowledge is ideal but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; an associate's degree is ideal but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance and registration are required.
  • Dependable transportation and verifiable references are necessary.
