About the position

The Administrative Professional (General Clerk III) at Teya Development is responsible for providing essential administrative support to an Army Recruitment Company. This full-time position involves a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring smooth office operations and effective communication within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support including filing, answering phones, and customer service.
  • Process paperwork and perform data entry tasks.
  • Procure supplies and manage inventory as needed.
  • Develop a working knowledge of agency software and contracting policies.
  • Prepare, edit, and update materials and processes as required.
  • Review invoices, vouchers, and miscellaneous payment requests for accuracy.
  • Verify statistical reports and compile information.
  • Assist in various administrative matters as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional college or technical school education preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Army protocol and office etiquette.
  • Ability to effectively use MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency with computer-automated software and web-based applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice-to-haves
