Our office, though small, manages a significant number of properties, and we are looking for an Administrative Professional to join our team. This full-time position requires a dedicated individual who can handle various administrative and project-related tasks while managing multiple phone lines. The role is dynamic and involves a variety of responsibilities that contribute to the smooth operation of our office and business. As an Administrative Professional, you will be the primary person responsible for daily administrative tasks, which include preparing leases, pricing jobs, scheduling appointments for apartment viewings, and coordinating meetings and interviews. You will also track appointments, gather feedback, schedule maintenance work orders, and monitor rent payments. Additionally, you will be responsible for screening all incoming calls and managing supply orders. Given the small size of our team, effective communication is crucial, and the ability to work independently while focusing on details is essential.
