About the position

The Administrative Program Coordinator at Tulane University plays a crucial role in providing academic, programmatic, and administrative support for designated academic programs within the School of Architecture. This position is responsible for assisting the Associate Dean of Academics and Advising, managing faculty, course, and student information, tracking expenses, purchasing supplies, and supporting logistics for program-related events.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Associate Dean of Academics and Advising and the Academics staff.
  • Maintain faculty, course, and student information.
  • Track expenses and purchase supplies as needed.
  • Support logistics for program-related events.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse constituents.
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to proactively identify and complete tasks with minimal direction.
  • Attention to detail and consideration of others' needs when planning.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience with Canvas, Banner, and Concur.
  • Experience in higher education.
