As an Administrative Project Coordinator focused on Quality Control at HDR, you will play a vital role in supporting the Quality Records Coordinator (QRC) and the New England team in ensuring that all projects adhere to the highest standards of quality management. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the organization and execution of zero percent, quarterly, and critical project review meetings, as well as conformance review meetings. You will be instrumental in managing documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date. In addition to meeting support, you will help develop new processes and procedures tailored for the New England offices, contributing to the continuous improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS). You will assist Project Managers in creating comprehensive project plans, including Project Management Plans (PMP), Quality Management Plans (QMP), and Risk Management Plans (RMP). Your role will also involve identifying best practices for project execution and ensuring that Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities are properly scheduled and completed using the Quality Management Information System (QMIS). Your support will extend to updating local department processes to align with QMS requirements and addressing any inquiries related to policies and procedures. By monitoring loss trends due to quality-related issues, you will help identify local training and improvement opportunities, ensuring that HDR maintains its commitment to quality and excellence in all projects.
