Responsibilities range from administration duties (maintenance of project documentation, plans and reports), directing and coordinating project work (assigning tasks, controlling the schedules of the team), through creation of documents and conducting research to support the products of the department. You will continuously monitor the progression of workflow and deliverables and update status when necessary. Additionally, you will coordinate meetings and draft/send project communications. You will work closely with the entities to ensure information relevant to their region is delivered and updated continuously. This will require relationship building with each entity and community partners to achieve effective communication. This position will be remote but will require some travel to the corporate office.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Direct and coordinate project work by assigning tasks and controlling schedules of the team.
  • Create documents and conduct research to support departmental products.
  • Continuously monitor the progression of workflow and deliverables, updating status as necessary.
  • Coordinate meetings and draft/send project communications.
  • Build relationships with entities and community partners to ensure effective communication.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/G.E.D. required.
  • Bachelor Degree preferred.
  • 2 years' experience in healthcare or related field.
  • Proficient in the use of computer applications, specifically Microsoft Office Products.
