About the position

The Administrative Project Coordinator at Pratum Companies is responsible for supporting various corporate departments, including property operations and marketing. This full-time role involves managing administrative tasks and projects for multiple company leaders, ensuring effective communication and organization within the team. The position is based in Gaithersburg, MD, and offers a hybrid work option, although it requires residency in the Washington, DC metro area.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, draft, and edit correspondence, communications, letters, e-mails, presentations, and other documents using various software.
  • Manage calendars and schedules for meetings, appointments, and projects for team members.
  • Support property operations team with projects related to rent reporting, utility reporting, procurement, and collections tracking.
  • Assist marketing and HR departments with company announcements, intranet content, social media support, and employee relations activities.
  • Conduct research, assemble and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.
  • Monitor, respond to, and distribute incoming communications.
  • Interact with external clients, associates, and business partners.
  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings as needed.
  • Perform other duties, responsibilities, tasks, and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience providing administrative support to department head level executives.
  • Experience in managing projects and tasks with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
