About the position

Foley Elementary School is looking for a Principal's Administrative Assistant to provide essential clerical assistance and manage office operations for the principal and staff. This full-time position requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle various administrative tasks while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Clerical Assistance to the Principal
  • Manage Work Assignments in School Office
  • General Office Functions
  • Purchase Order Management
  • Student Enrollment & Scheduling
  • Provide Clerical Support to School Office

Requirements

  • Previous experience within a school system is preferred
  • Technology proficiency with Google Suite tools
  • Willingness to learn student information systems (Infinite Campus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions
  • Ability to work in a team environment
