Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Plan and direct personal secretarial support duties for executive-level employees.
  • Transcribe, edit, and finalize correspondence authored by the supervisor.
  • Review and ensure proper distribution of mail, email, or telephone communications.
  • Prepare memoranda and standard correspondence on designated topics.
  • Arrange travel itineraries for departmental staff and coordinate meetings.
  • Review citizen complaints and prepare authorized responses.
  • Prepare and post agendas for public meetings and record meeting minutes.
  • Establish and maintain files and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Oversee and distribute regular and special reports on operating strategies.
  • Provide general human resource and accounting support services for the department.
  • Supervise an assigned administrative support team, including scheduling and performance appraisal.
