About the position

The Administrative & Social Media Assistant at Creative Cabinets plays a crucial role in supporting both administrative tasks and social media management. This position is designed for individuals who are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, contributing to the overall positive experience of clients and enhancing the company's online presence.

Responsibilities

  • Answer telephones and monitor call tracking program daily.
  • Receive incoming packages and check the mail.
  • Respond to client inquiries or direct them to the appropriate team member.
  • Articulate the services provided to potential clients.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team using the online booking system.
  • Handle walk-in appointments and monitor the company calendar to prevent overbooking.
  • Ensure new potential client contact information is added to required systems.
  • Write thank you notes and manage the referral program.
  • Send contracts to new clients as requested.
  • Manage and order all office supplies.
  • Upload new photography to the company website and social media sites.
  • Assist with small website changes to keep it fresh.
  • Create and send email and marketing campaigns.
  • Create marketing presentations as needed.

Requirements

  • Detail oriented with excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
  • Experience using social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Administrative and social media work experience is required.
  • Proficient in Excel.
