  • Provide support in the Medical Records Office and to medical supervisors.
  • Perform computer entry of miscellaneous forms and prepare statistical reports on patients treated.
  • Conduct data entry and filing of medical records.
  • Submit and track release of information requests.
  • Review medical records for completeness and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
  • Manage backlog and scheduling for lab, MD sick calls, and physical exam clinics.
  • Assist medical, mental health, and dental staff in locating medical charts as needed.
