About the position

The Administrative Specialist position is a part-time role focused on providing administrative and logistical support to two Risk Advisors in Lincoln, NE. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, organize and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and multiple calendars.
  • Attend meetings and provide notes and written summaries, which may require same-day travel to different locations.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
  • Conduct client and prospect research and provide results in a written report.
  • Coordinate and plan internal and external events, including conferences, team-building events, and client meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between the Risk Advisors and other team members, clients, and external partners.
  • Manage social media accounts and posting schedules.
  • Perform data entry into Hubspot and various other company tools.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of providing administrative support is preferred but not required.
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
