The Administrative Specialist III - Physical Therapy Ortho at PeaceHealth is a full-time role that combines front office and back-office support responsibilities. Responsibilities

  • Patient scheduling and room stocking
  • Assisting and rooming patients
  • Providing clerical and administrative support
  • Planning, organizing, and coordinating communications and presentations
  • Managing spreadsheets and basic project management tasks
  • Data and records management
  • Guiding and training other staff
  • Resolving issues and making recommendations based on knowledge of programmatic and administrative requirements
  • Facilitating workflow for accurate completion of assignments and projects
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible applicable experience in a professional office
  • Medical office experience preferred
  • Formal business and/or secretarial training or experience preferred
