About the position

The Administrative Staffing Coordinator at Labor Finders in Wilmington, NC, is responsible for providing administrative support within the staffing industry. Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to applicants, employees, prospects, and customers.

  • Pre-screen, schedule, process, and manage the temporary workforce.
  • Source and identify qualified candidates for various positions.
  • Post open jobs to social media and other platforms.
  • Screen resumes and make initial contact with candidates.
  • Perform client site visits to pick up timecards and check on the temporary workforce.
  • Complete new hire paperwork.
  • Process timecards and invoices.

Requirements

  • 2 years of administrative experience
  • Experience in human resources or recruiting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Valid driver's license
  • Entry-level office experience
