About the position

Elevate Patient Financial Solutions has an exciting career opportunity available as an Administrative Support Representative. This position will be hybrid based in our Grand Rapids, MI office with some work from home opportunity. The Full Time schedule for this role will be 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Process Reports from Providers including New Account Duplicate Report, Transaction Batches from clients, Bad Address/Name Reports
  • Sort and Distribute Mail/Returned Mail
  • Scanning all incoming documentation into ARIS for Admin and Legal Services Team to process and filing scanned documentation accordingly
  • Process non-legal Patient mail, returned mail, and faxes
  • Approve Statement Counts with Statement Company
  • Tallying and Posting Payments from mail, lockbox exceptions, and lockbox/ACH errors
  • Processing NSF documentation from the bank in ARIS
  • Updating Monthly Financial Spreadsheet with payment batch information
  • Reviewing and posting adjustments in ARIS
  • Reviewing and monitoring charges with credits in ARIS
  • Take calls for and post payments to Patient Finance and Accretive accounts
  • Run Skip Trace Weekly
  • Projects for Supervisor and Manager as requested
  • New Client Implementation Auditing and comparison
  • Working ARIS error reports relating to client files
  • Researching and identifying ARIS issues relating to client files
  • Client projects such as system reconciliation
  • Other Duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Ability to train process to others
  • Extensive Customer Service experience
  • Very strong computer and clerical experience
  • Proven typing skills of a minimum of 37 wpm
  • Mature attitude and self-directed to work with limited supervision and direction from management
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Scanner, Copier, Fax Machine
  • Fully trained in ARIS, PIS, GPMS
  • Remote and Hybrid positions require a home internet connection that meets the company's upload and download speed criteria.
