About the position

The City of Appleton is seeking a full-time Administrative Support Specialist in the Human Resources department. Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of clerical functions in the Human Resources department.
  • Interpret policies, procedures, and regulations with sound judgment.
  • Prepare spreadsheets and produce reports as needed.
  • Conduct various research projects to support HR functions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Vocational/technical training in administrative science.
  • Three to five years of human resources office clerical experience or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
