About the position

The Administrative Support Specialist at AMHC is a full-time role based in the Calais Outpatient Office, focused on providing essential administrative support to clinical staff and ensuring smooth office operations. Responsibilities

  • Assist billing/financial management with daily tracking in collaboration with internal and external departments.
  • Maintain electronic records by running reports to ensure accuracy.
  • Manage filing and inventory control.
  • Assist in preparing for new staff orientation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency is required.
  • Basic courses in business/secretarial preferred.
  • Working knowledge of general office procedures is necessary.
