About the position

The Administrative Support Specialist at AT-RISK International plays a crucial role in supporting the Finance and Human Resource teams by performing various administrative tasks. This position involves vendor management, invoicing, reconciliation support, and managing office supplies and equipment. The specialist will also be responsible for creating reports, organizing events, and ensuring the smooth operation of office management tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with financial reconciliations and reporting
  • Assist with invoicing process, working with operational staff and customers to resolve discrepancies and issues
  • Work with all staff to ensure completeness and accuracy of expense report submissions
  • Participate actively in remote and physical office management, including handling general administrative tasks
  • Schedule events and trainings including new hire orientation, annual compliance training, and company events
  • Manage office equipment and supplies
  • Manage equipment distribution, inventory, and collection

Requirements

  • An associate degree in office administration, management, accounting, or a related field preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with Quickbooks Online is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Extremely self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Ability to work quickly and prioritize tasks
  • Highly organized and capable of creating organizational systems
